The 3 dimensions of analysis for
Underwriting Employee Performance
Performance metrics related employees should allow summarization and filtration along these 5 basic axes of analysis or dimensions:
- Products: so that an underwriting manager can explore how an employee has performed on a given products or groups of products.
- Employee: so that an underwriting manager can explore how a productivity metric varies from one employee to the next
- Time: so that an underwriting manager can explore how one metric fluctuates over a period of time or how it compares at different times.
This implies that it should be possible that all underwriting employee performance metrics to be summarized and filtered at all levels of these axes of analysis – down to the most granular bit of data – from within the dashboard given to underwriting managers.
